We recently had a change in ownership for the Signs By Tomorrow - Grand Rapids (North) franchise. Please welcome Mike and Kristine (Kristi) Kaptein (pronounced Kap-tine) from Jenison, MI, which is located about 12 miles from the Grand Rapids store. Mike has a sales background and had recently been self-employed as a residential contractor. He learned of the SBT opportunity by researching on line and felt that the business was a fit with great potential for him. Both Mike and Kristi recently completed their training here at HQ; Mike will be full-time in the business and Kristi will work part-time, while also managing the home front with 4 children.
