How to Plan a Successful Event

Let's Start A Conversation:
But big or small, corporate conference or wedding nuptials, city festival or family reunion, it can feel overwhelming organizing an event.
Never fear: SBT is here to help you succeed.
Signage Must-Haves
Pre-Event Signage
Don’t forget to get the word out about your event! Flag and feather banners, outdoor banners, yard signs–SBT can create signs for any ad budget.
Entrance
While a florist might argue that flowers make or break an event, and a musician may say it’s the music, we’re here to tell you the truth: It doesn’t matter how exquisitely planned your event is if no one can figure out how to get there. Make sure the entrance to your event is clearly marked with proper welcome signage.
Parking
If there’s any ambiguity about parking, it’s essential to have signs to indicate where guests should leave their cars.
Restrooms
This signage is so important it bears repeating: Restrooms. Comfortable guests are happy guests, and happy guests know where to find the bathroom.
Depending on the event you’re hosting, you should also consider signs for ticketing, food/drink vendors, charging stations, information booths, and first aid. Consult with an SBT expert for additional advice.
Creative Signage
Now that you have the basics covered, take your event to the next level by adding creative signage.
Banners
We recommend banners for both indoor and outdoor events, used for everything from thanking sponsors to congratulating a happy couple.
Archway
Custom archways by stages or entryways add panache to any occasion.
Photo Background
In a social media age, it’s important to have a place for epic photos. Surprise attendees with a background or custom photo booth, or give it a red-carpet feel with a step and repeat banner.
