Art Guidelines
Prefer art to be in Adobe Illustrator CS4 (file extensions .ai or .eps) “vector” format PC compatible (no MAC). Call for other file formats.
All fonts need to be converted to outlines/curves. Click this link for font suggestions.
All rasterized images (Photoshop, jpeg, etc.) need to be a minimum of 100 dpi at full size and embedded/rasterized into the Adobe Illustrator or PDF file.
All Pantone / PMS colors should be clearly identified and selected using the Pantone Solid Coated color book. All other colors will be printed in CMYK directly from the file. (RGB and other color modes will automatically be converted to CMYK). Note, due to the nature of digital printing, there may be minor variations in color from that seen on a computer screen. PMS and CMYK colors will be matched as closely as possible but cannot be exactly matched.
We ask that a JPEG or PDF be included for quick viewing purposes.
If art is not provided in the above format, the following additional charges may apply.
- $65.00/hour minimum to convert acceptable format.
- $35.00 minimum per logo conversion charge (non-vector -> vector)
