Meet the Team

A former Six-Sigma Champion and ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, Keith has over 30 years’ experience in business development and operations management. He has worked in leadership or consultative capacities for startup, Fortune 500, and non-profit organizations. Prior to founding Temecula Valley-based Signs By Tomorrow, he was Senior Vice President of Operations for a leading southern California financial institution, Vice President of Client Operations for a Bay Area internet startup and Managing Consultant at a Chicago-based Change Management and Customer Relationship Management Consultancy. Keith has a Bachelor of University Studies from the University of Utah with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior. Experience using a hot wax roller to apply “clip art” and typesetting to galleys while publishing a newspaper during his college years led to his eventual fascination with sign industry technologies. An avid runner, Keith runs 1-2 marathons each year, and has completed over two dozen.

Prior to co-founding Signs By Tomorrow Diana led organizations in health care and catering. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah. Among her responsibilities are payroll, restocking the employee lunch area, and ensuring that birthdays are remembered and celebrated with treats. This makes her a popular member of our team.

With well over a decade in customer service, Veronica was initially added to the SBT team to ensure that clients are greeted with a welcoming smile and consistently receive great customer service. Veronica had bigger plans and now runs the place. Our longest-serving employee, she has added graphic design, production, workflow management and quality to her capabilities. When a last-minute emergencies pop-up, she's the one to step and and stay late to ensure that it's resolved. Veronica enjoys hiking. Much of her free-time satisfaction comes from volunteering at a retirement home and animal shelter.

Andrea is one who never shies away from hard work. From helping customers to manning our CNC router, Andrea is the woman for the job. With a background in customer service she is able to communicate with clients effectively and professionally. It also helps that Andrea knows the good places in town to eat, especially when a burger is involved. Born and raised in Socal, Andrea appreciates a good sports team to watch and root for in her spare time.

Graphics companies with the experience and equipment required to print and fabricate professional looking vehicle graphics may not be the norm, but with a little effort they can be found. The real challenge to getting a great wrap is finding a company with professional installers who have the ability and commitment necessary to achieve the “painted-on” look that most clients want. After years of searching, and trying some very promising candidates, SBT was fortunate to have Jason join our team in 2014. His work speaks for itself.
