... I have been involved in starting up a new busines; the path has not been easy. I've had more than my share of curve balls thrown at me during this start-up phase and have had to go "to the well" (your well) several times, to draw on new resources, get documentation changed, etc. all of this work had to be done with short notice to your company and it had to be done correctly, with no room for error.

Thank you for your efforts and diligence in seeing to it that our sign was installed by the due date. I realize that there were many obstacles prohibiting the conclusion of this project from happening smoothly. Despite Murphy and his laws, I was pleasantly surprised to see the sign handsomely hanging early Sunday morning (two days before the last date promised).
And by the way, it looks excellent!
