The only reason I took off one star is because I have been using your company for years for various events for my restaurant and have never had to pay ahead of time to begin production. I have always paid when picking up with signs. This time it was for my wedding, and although I have absolutely no problem paying ahead of time, it was never clearly stated that production wasn't going to be started until payment was received. It added a lot of unnecessary stress to the week, where had I known your policy changed, I would have paid instantly to start production.

Our new sign looks great! Very impressed with the install, they came out to remove the old sign and place the new. The old sign had been in place for many years so the landscape near it had grown. They moved the sign forward a bit so that it would be better seen. Something we would have never thought of, so happy they were looking out for us and our needs.
