Dear Susan - This past Friday night we experienced one of those emergencies that arise from time to time in our business.  I knew when I called "Signs By Tomorrow" that it was after your normal business hours but was suprised when you personally answered the phone.  I was really expecting a recording to give me your actual business hours.  Not only did you work out a solution for me Saturday morning, but you called back  and said that the signage would be ready Friday night.  I believe that in less than an hour from the initial callI had the signs in hand and was on my way to the shop to correctly label our trucks to meet federal DOT-FMCSA compliance regulations.  This allowed us to continue our operations for the weekend without delay.
