I have used SBT for a lot of projects in the past and have been more than happy with your work. Pricing has now become a concern on my end. All of my expenses are reviewed under a microscope and I was actually called into an executive meeting to justify my decision for using SBT over a less expensive option for this project. The level of scrutiny makes it difficult for me to use SBT, even though I have more confidence in SBT than other vendors. Considering the level of accountability on my end, difficult doesn't get the job done.
