Your greatest strength is your staff. They are knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and concerned. You have various sources that supply you with the materials needed to create whatever the client needs. The only suggestion I can think of is to suggest that you consider giving your customers an estimate on their job before it goes into the system. I usually think to ask for one, but sometimes I forget.
